Job Summary
Card Product Specialist responsible for cross-functional work across departments to support payment products and services, including credit cards, debit cards, ATMs, and Instant Issue. Duties span onboarding and servicing of credit card accounts, escalation for advanced servicing issues, ATM servicing and procedural updates, training for branches on Instant Issue, and providing monthly reports to compliance. Involves assisting with new product implementations, supporting bank acquisitions and conversions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and fostering inclusion and respect within a diverse workplace. Requires strong communication, confidentiality, and ability to learn and adapt to new software and processes.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3+ years of retail banking experience
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Solid judgment and decision-making skills
- Creativity and comfort presenting in public
- Willing and able to learn new programs and software
