Proficiency in Visa network rules, card regulations, and security best practices is essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with branch staff and customers about card usage, declines, and related inquiries.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED with 2 years of experience in card operations, card payments, or banking in a financial institution or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
