Job Summary
Manage assigned projects for new products, system enhancements, and promotions by defining scope, developing work plans, and tracking status reports. Research and maintain Card Operations aspects for corporate-wide initiatives, collaborating with IT and the Project Management Office. Complete analysis on promotions to increase card portfolios, resolve problem situations, and provide data tracking to senior leadership. Lead department projects using the project management program, interface with programmers on requirements and testing, and perform vendor management and service level oversight. Execute daily system administration tasks for vault, Visa Online, and collections systems, including user permissions, backups, and auditing. Create/update departmental procedures and assist with RFP responses and cost-benefit analyses.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field
- 5 years or more years project management or project management support experience
- Experience in a card services environment
- Experience with processing platforms
- Exposure to process development/improvement methodologies
- Keeps abreast of established Card Operations and Credit Union rules, regulations, policies, and practices
- Strong personal computer skills
- Independent work methods
- Oral and written communication and numerical skills
- Ability to read, analyze, and formulate business processes
- Ability to apply analytical skills and processes to problem solving in assigned projects
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to formulate ideas and recommendations both orally and in writing for presentation to management
- Experience with Credit Card systems and software
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license
