Card Operations Specialist

Job Summary
Card Operations Specialist handles in-person and phone-based customer inquiries, investigates and documents card fraud cases, analyzes card activity and trends to mitigate losses, applies VISA and other card network chargeback regulations, manages dispute cases and follow-ups, and provides customer service support to banking personnel and customers. Strong judgment, confidentiality, and ability to work independently or collaboratively are essential. Must be able to replace lost/stolen cards or print new debit cards as requested, with a focus on accurate documentation and timely action in a risk-conscious banking environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of banking and customer service experience preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Typing and keyboard skills required
- Ability to work shifts, days, nights, evenings, and weekends
