Card Operations Project Analyst

Job Summary
Lead project management efforts and oversee strategic activities to ensure operational effectiveness and accurate data collection within banking systems. Design and implement complex technical solutions that support internal business units, while collaborating with cross-operational teams to develop deep understanding of current and future processes. Define business requirements for enterprise-wide initiatives, prioritize team initiatives, and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously to drive iterative improvements. Mentor junior analysts, facilitate enterprise-level project planning, and lead application testing to ensure successful deployment. Communicate updates and changes to end users, develop training materials, and address solution issues while presenting recommendations to executive leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of related experience in Branch Banking Operations, Commercial Lending, Data Management, Process Improvement or System Design
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services
- Intermediate to advanced experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data science, Power BI, and SQL
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio/Lucid, and ADO
- Intermediate to advanced experience in project management methodologies
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and objectives in a rapidly changing environment
- Proven track record of leading enterprise wide process improvement initiatives
- Intermediate to advanced level of organization and attention to detail
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Advanced speaking and writing communication skills
- Occasional travel
