Card Marketing Senior Associate leads product Refer a Friend campaigns, collaborates with business unit counterparts, and develops strategic and tactical plans to achieve new account goals. Manages testing and capability requirements, creates marketing campaign requirements, maintains reporting on channel performance and test results, and drives innovative marketing strategies in a fast-paced environment. Requires 3+ years of marketing experience, strong project/time management, ability to identify business opportunities and deliver results, experience with or alongside agencies, and customer-service orientation. Preferred: strong communication, ability to manage multiple initiatives in a matrix organization, and lead in a dynamic setting; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
