Job Summary
Card Issuing Lead in Product at Worldpay leads end-to-end development and delivery of Virtual Card Issuing capabilities. Owns product strategy and OKRs, manages third-party partnerships, drives lifecycle management from ideation to launch, conducts market and competitive research, and monitors performance with defined KPIs. Collaborates with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, commercial) to align roadmaps with business objectives, prioritizes features based on customer and market needs, and champions changes across a geographically distributed product team. Requires senior product leadership experience, card issuance domain knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to operate within complex operational/technical environments.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years+ product leadership experience
- 3 years+ card issuance experience
- deep knowledge of card acquiring and payouts customer experience
