Job Summary
Senior Associate within Chase’s Credit Products team supporting end-to-end management of strategic partner relationships, driving go-to-market activities, pricing, risk management, and cross-functional initiatives. Responsible for stakeholder management, internal and external updates, and leading workstreams to launch new card-linked installment programs (Chase Pay Over Time At Checkout), optimize profitability, guide product discovery, and develop business cases and roadmaps. Collaborates with marketing, PR, legal, risk, and controls to drive program awareness, engagement with existing cardmembers, and performance metrics. Requires strong communication, an ability to manage multiple cross-functional initiatives, and a customer-first mindset to build innovative card products and campaigns. Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant strategy/marketing experience are required; candidate must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 2+ years of relevant strategy or marketing experience
- 2+ years experience managing cross-functional initiatives
- Understanding of card business and key profit and loss drivers
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field
- Experience with strategic partnerships and product strategy
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
