Job Summary
Manage and enhance Fraud strategy to drive the intended tradeoff between fraud mitigation, financial performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency. Regularly monitor fraud trends and customer frictions to identify opportunities to improve strategy performance, leveraging internal and external data sources and advanced analytic tools for accurate detection. Partner with product, technology, and operations teams to develop new capabilities, design solutions, and test implementations while collaborating with cross-functional groups to ensure control and compliance. Stay current on industry trends, adopt best practices, and drive concise oral and written communications with internal and external partners at various levels.
Required Qualifications
- MS degree and 2+ years (or BS degree and 4+ years) of experience in risk management/data analytics
- Excellent collaboration and partnership skills with proven track record in working well with internal teams and external partners
- Ability to think strategically to come up with a vison for areas of responsibility, develop roadmaps and drive execution to balance short-term vs long-term solutions
- Strong knowledge of SAS, SQL, Python and MS Office
- Strong analytical thought leadership with the ability to leverage AI and machine learning to drive effective and innovative solutions
- Strong process management and project management skills with the ability to drive capability development
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and strategically to senior leaders and key stakeholders
- Demonstrated strong curiosity to learn and attention to details to drive analytical and execution quality
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant fraud experience preferred
- Product management experience is a plus
