Job Summary
Senior Associate in Card Fraud Strategy at JPMorgan Chase responsible for designing and validating fraud strategies, capabilities, and processes. Collaborates with Product, Technology and Operations, uses data analytics to understand root causes, and employs analytics to drive fraud detection and mitigate risk while balancing revenue, customer experience, and costs. Works with cross-functional teams to develop new capabilities, test solutions, monitor fraud trends, and communicate insights to internal and external partners.
Required Qualifications
- MS degree and 2+ years (or BS degree and 4+ years) of experience in risk management/data analytics
- Excellent collaboration and partnership skills
- Ability to think strategically to develop roadmaps and drive execution
- Strong knowledge of SAS, SQL, Python and MS Office
- Strong analytical thought leadership with the ability to leverage AI and machine learning
- Strong process management and project management skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively to senior leaders and stakeholders
- Demonstrated strong curiosity to learn and attention to detail
