Job Summary
Design scalable, secure card payment solutions by collaborating with Enterprise Architects to analyze product requirements and implement innovative technologies for issuing, acquiring, and processing. Lead agile project teams to deliver high-quality end-to-end lifecycle support while managing host, white plastic, digital wallet, and terminal certifications mandated by schemes like Visa, MasterCard, UPI, and JCB. Ensure adherence to security policies through close collaboration with Technology Risk teams and evaluate enhancements to existing products. Work with vendor partners to integrate development activities within project timelines while maintaining compliance with periodic scheme updates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business or technology-related field
- Minimum of 5 years managing card systems
- At least 5 years of experience in Banking Operations
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Expertise in card payment technologies, certifications, and solutions
