Job Summary
Provide specialised customer operations support in Card Acquiring for Monzo's Business Banking, acting as a subject matter expert and owning problems from start to finish. You will handle complex, high-impact issues, coordinate with third-party providers (e.g., Adyen), manage merchant relationships, assist with onboarding and shadowing for new COps, and deliver magician-standard support across calls, chat, and email. You will identify trends, drive process improvements, maintain data quality, and support compliance and audits while helping customers get value from Monzo and stay with us. The role emphasises proactive problem-solving in a pilot environment with strong customer experience focus and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Card Acquiring / merchant services
- Experience working with card acquiring providers
- Understanding of merchant lifecycles (onboarding to offboarding)
- Nice to have: Experience handling chargebacks and disputes
