Job Summary
Lead the project financing strategy and capital structuring for high-integrity climate and nature-based projects globally. Define and execute financing models, capital planning, and milestone-based KPIs; identify, structure, and close financing deals across project lifecycles; design investable project structures and capital stacks; cultivate strategic investor relationships with institutions, DFIs, family offices, and funds; develop compelling investment narratives and financial materials for due diligence and final investment decisions; collaborate with internal teams and the Assessment Team to ensure financing aligns with on-the-ground delivery realities; thrive in an early-stage startup, high-growth environment and represent the company in climate finance settings.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in project finance, climate finance, structured finance, or investment advisory, with a track record of supporting or closing complex capital deals — ideally linked to climate, energy, nature-based solutions, or frontier markets.
