Job Summary
Carbon & Corporate Reporting Manager role (nine-month maternity cover) leading creation of carbon reporting for ARA and CR reports, coordinating with auditors/external consultants, and supporting carbon reporting for Total Platform Partners (FatFace, Joules, Reiss). Requires managing two direct reports, ensuring regulatory/compliance data, collaboration with Responsible Sourcing on Scope 3 data, and monitoring ESOS/SECR/TNFD requirements; hybrid UK-based position in Leicester with travel to other sites as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in carbon reporting for large-scale international organisations
- Comprehensive understanding of reporting frameworks including TCFD, GHG Protocol, and SECR
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Willingness to undertake ad hoc travel to other sites
- Experience providing guidance to direct reports and collaborating with external partners
