Job Summary
Dip, drizzle, decorate, and package gourmet caramel apples and chocolate confections to meet daily production goals while maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Follow food-safety and quality-control procedures to ensure consistent, attractive products for retail, online, and wholesale orders. Work within a focused team to complete shifts, often finishing between 1:30 and 2:30 PM, with flexibility to cover additional hours during peak seasons. This hands-on role requires physical stamina for standing and lifting up to 40 pounds, with training provided for the dipping and decorating processes.
