Job Summary
Provide best-in-class customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Recite standard greetings on an on-site tablet, execute sales initiatives, and assist with membership growth strategies. Help ensure the facility, equipment, and grounds remain clean, safe, and fully operational by performing site maintenance and general housekeeping. Optimize vehicle throughput to minimize wait times while monitoring inventory levels to assist with restocking chemicals and supplies. Follow all company safety procedures and regulatory compliance standards. This role requires flexible availability to cover shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with at least one weekend day required. Candidates must be at least 16 years old and possess the ability to lift up to 50 lbs while working outdoors in temperatures ranging from -10°F to 100°F.
Required Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Read, write, and perform arithmetic calculations (such as making change) at an eighth-grade level
- Flexible availability to cover shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Working at least one day on the weekend
- Ability to lift, carry, and hold up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with temperatures ranging from -10°F to 100°F
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move around vehicles for extended periods of time
- Ability to tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products
