Job Summary
Provide best-in-class customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally while reciting standard greetings on an on-site tablet. Support sales initiatives and membership growth strategies, then ensure the facility, equipment, and grounds remain clean, safe, and fully operational. Optimize vehicle throughput to minimize wait times and enhance the customer experience by performing general housekeeping duties and monitoring inventory levels for restocking chemicals and supplies. Follow all company safety procedures and regulatory compliance standards, including lifting up to 50 lbs and tolerating exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products in temperatures ranging from -10°F to 100°F. Work flexible shifts covering evenings, weekends, and holidays, with at least one day on the weekend required.
Required Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Read, write, and perform arithmetic calculations (such as making change) at an eighth-grade level
- Flexible availability to cover shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Working at least one day on the weekend
- Ability to lift, carry, and hold up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with temperatures ranging from -10°F to 100°F
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move around vehicles for extended periods of time
- Ability to tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products
- Ability to remain calm and respond according to policies and procedures during emergencies
