Job Summary
Provide best-in-class customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. Recite standard greetings on an electronic tablet and assist with executing sales initiatives to drive membership growth. Help ensure the facility, equipment, and grounds are clean, safe, and fully operational while optimizing vehicle throughput to minimize wait times. Follow all safety procedures and regulatory compliance standards. Perform general housekeeping duties and monitor inventory levels to assist with restocking chemicals and supplies. This role requires flexible availability to cover shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with at least one weekend day mandatory. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and possess the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Work outdoors in temperatures ranging from -10°F to 100°F, tolerating exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
Required Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Read, write, and perform arithmetic calculations (such as making change) at an eighth-grade level
- Flexible availability to cover shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Working at least one day on the weekend
- Ability to lift, carry, and hold up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with temperatures ranging from -10°F to 100°F
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move around vehicles for extended periods of time
- Ability to tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products
