Job Summary
Organize shift schedules, monitor attendance, and assign duties to team members based on role and skills. Supervise employees, manage conflicts, and train new staff on tasks while adhering to company policies and safety standards. Greet customers, explain wash services, process payments, and direct vehicles into the express tunnel with a focused attitude. Perform visual inspections, maintain facility cleanliness, and ensure all hoses and tools are properly organized. Balance cash drawers and prepare deposits while maintaining a professional, courteous demeanor throughout all interactions. Full-time or part-time roles available with competitive pay, monthly bonuses, and flexible schedules.
