Job Summary
Organize shift schedules, monitor attendance, and assign duties to team members based on role and skills. Supervise employees, manage requests and conflicts, and train new and current staff on tasks. Greet customers, explain wash services, process payments, and direct vehicles into the express tunnel with a focused attitude. Perform visual vehicle inspections, clean the facility, and ensure all safety procedures and company policies are adhered to daily. Balance cash drawers and prepare deposits while maintaining a courteous, professional presence. Full-time or part-time positions available with competitive pay, monthly bonuses, and flexible schedules.
