Job Summary
Organize shift schedules, monitor attendance, and assign duties based on employee skills while supervising team members and managing conflicts. Train current and new staff on tasks, handle customer issues, and balance cash drawers. Greet customers, explain wash services, process payments, and direct vehicles into the express tunnel with proper safety protocols. Perform facility cleaning, inspect vehicles before washing, and ensure all equipment is organized and safe. Adhere to company policies, health standards, and safety procedures while maintaining a professional attitude. Full-time or part-time roles available with competitive pay, monthly bonuses, and free car washes.
