Job Summary
Organize shift schedules, monitor attendance, and assign duties based on employee skills and roles. Supervise team members, handle customer issues and conflicts, and train new staff on wash processes and safety standards. Greet customers, explain services, process payments, and direct vehicles into the express tunnel while ensuring proper vehicle inspection before washing. Manage cash drawers, prepare deposits, and maintain facility cleanliness including unclogging vacuums and organizing tools. Adhere to company policies, health, and safety standards while balancing operational tasks with customer satisfaction. Full-time or part-time positions available with competitive pay, monthly bonuses, and flexible schedules.
