Car Wash Site Manager

Job Summary
Recruit, train, and coach staff while scheduling shifts with strict adherence to overtime policies. Manage site profitability by growing sales volume, tracking operating P&L metrics, and optimizing expenditures to impact margins. Resolve customer inquiries, incidents, and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction while maintaining compliance with safety and vehicle damage claim procedures. Perform other duties as assigned in an outdoor car wash environment requiring standing, walking, and lifting up to 50lbs. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three+ years of retail experience
- At least one year in a management role
- Supervisory or assistant manager experience from a Big box environment or auto industry, car wash or lube store
- Unexpired Driver's License
- Ability to successfully recruit and onboard new employees
- Ability to train and coach staff
- Ability to schedule employee shifts
