Job Summary
Manage site team operations from site upkeep to guest service, membership sales, and training a positive staff. Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal compliance guidelines while maintaining high standards of personal appearance and grooming. Schedule and review employee timecards, conduct interviews to recruit and hire new staff, and train the team on product knowledge, marketing programs, and on-site open/close processes. Address customer concerns, resolve complaints, and perform weekly inventory on consumables. Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety protocols, conducting monthly OSHA training, and performing after-hours site cleaning. Sign-on bonus is $1,500 payable after 90 days of continuous employment.
Required Qualifications
- Managerial experience
- Ability to adapt to an ever-changing high-volume car wash
- Takes ownership in navigating and overcoming obstacles
- Flexibility to adapt in a variety of situations
- Have attention to detail
- Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates (Including Fridays & Saturdays)
- Demonstrate ability to improve team performance through motivation, training and setting clear expectations
- Written and Verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask and have excellent organizational skills is essential
- Must be able to lead, support, and contribute to team goals
- Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, clearly communicating operational concerns with Management, co-workers, and guests

- Experience such as car wash, retail and/or guest service industry preferred BUT NOT NEEDED
