Job Summary
Manage site operations from upkeep to guest service, including membership sales and team training. Schedule and supervise the site team, review timecards, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and local, state, and federal compliance. Conduct daily site inspections, perform after-hours cleaning, and manage inventory of consumables. Interview, recruit, and train all car wash staff while addressing customer concerns and complaints. Provide direction, feedback, and corrective actions to maintain performance standards. Work varied hours including Fridays and Saturdays to meet site needs.
Required Qualifications
- Managerial experience
- Ability to adapt to an ever-changing high-volume car wash
- Takes ownership in navigating and overcoming obstacles
- Flexibility to adapt in a variety of situations
- Have attention to detail
- Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates (Including Fridays & Saturdays)
- Demonstrate ability to improve team performance through motivation, training and setting clear expectations
- Written and Verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask and have excellent organizational skills
- Must be able to lead, support, and contribute to team goals
- Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, clearly communicating operational concerns with Management, co-workers, and guests
