Improve and maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and customer-facing presentation of assigned car wash sites. Responsible for site upkeep (trash pickup, vacuum maintenance, signage, and overall lot presentation), visual checks of equipment and facilities, and reporting issues. Travel between multiple sites with a valid personal vehicle and potential mileage reimbursement. Growth path to Car Wash Technician Apprentice; emphasis on ownership, positive attitude, reliability, and adherence to safety and company policies. Tools and routines include pressure washing, cleaning kiosks and payment equipment, maintaining landscaping, and ensuring customer experience aligns with company standards. Flexible hours including weekends; role can be full-time or part-time depending on site coverage.
