Job Summary
Greet customers with a smile, wave, and friendly attitude while actively selling ModWash packages and educating guests on membership benefits. Safely guide guests through wash options, engage them pre- and post-wash to ensure satisfaction, and collaborate with the team to meet sales goals. Maintain clean and presentable facilities while working outdoors in all weather conditions on a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. This role offers base pay plus commission for top membership plans sold, paid training, free employee car washes, and 401K match opportunities within a team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- A passion for serving others
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons
- Be on your feet for extended periods of time/ the entire work shift
- Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, step to perform job duties
- Ability to carry, lift, push, pull, and move up to 25 pounds
- Alert and able to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment
- Respond quickly to sounds
- Move safely over uneven terrain and in confined spaces
- See clearly and respond to dangerous situations
