Job Summary
Greet all customers with a smile, a wave, and a friendly attitude while actively selling ModWash packages and educating guests on unlimited wash membership benefits. Safely guide and assist guests through wash and membership options, then engage pre- and post-wash to ensure 100% satisfaction. Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and maintain clean, presentable facilities. Work outdoors in all weather conditions, standing for extended periods while physically able to lift up to 25 pounds. Base pay plus commission for top three membership plans sold, with paid training, free employee car washes, and 401K match. Required Qualifications

- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Physical Job Requirements: Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons
- Physical Job Requirements: Be on your feet for extended periods of time/ the entire work shift
- Physical Job Requirements: Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, step to perform job duties
- Physical Job Requirements: Ability to carry, lift, push, pull, and move up to 25 pounds
