Job Summary
Be Bold. Be Kind. Be You. Join ModWash in Pinellas Park as a Car Wash Sales Attendant responsible for delivering outstanding guest experiences and driving membership sales. Responsibilities include assisting guests with ModWash packages, guiding guests through the wash process, engaging guests pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction, upholding cleanliness and safety standards, and supporting daily operations at the location. Must be able to work outdoors in all weather, stand for long periods, and handle physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds. Flexibility to work nights and weekends is required. Required Qualifications

- Present and explain each of the ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited memberships
- Safely guide guests through the ModWash tunnel
- Actively engage with guests pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction
- Ensure facilities are always clean and presentable
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- Any other duties assigned, by the leadership team
- Physical ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Be on your feet for extended periods of time
- Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, step to perform job duties
- Ability to carry, lift, push, pull, and move up to twenty-five pounds
- Alert and able to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment
- Respond quickly to sounds
- Move safely over uneven terrain and in confined spaces
- See clearly and respond to dangerous situations
