Job Summary
Greet all customers with a smile, a wave, and a friendly attitude while actively selling ModWash packages and educating guests on membership benefits. Safely guide guests through wash options, engage pre/post wash to ensure satisfaction, and collaborate with the team to meet sales goals. Maintain clean and presentable facilities while working outdoors in all weather conditions. Be on your feet for the entire shift, performing physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds and maneuvering around moving vehicles. Earn base pay plus commission on top three membership plans sold.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons
- Be on your feet for extended periods of time/ the entire work shift
- Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, step to perform job duties
- Ability to carry, lift, push, pull, and move up to 25 pounds
- Alert and able to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment
- Respond quickly to sounds
- Move safely over uneven terrain and in confined spaces
- See clearly and respond to dangerous situations
