Job Summary
Greet customers with a smile, wave, and friendly attitude while actively selling ModWash packages and educating guests on membership benefits. Safely guide and assist guests through wash options, pre/post wash engagement, and facility maintenance to ensure 100% satisfaction. Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and drive unlimited wash memberships. Work outdoors in all weather conditions, standing for extended periods while bending, stooping, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Base pay includes commission for top three membership plans sold, with paid training, free employee car washes, and 401K match available.

- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons
- Be on your feet for extended periods of time/ the entire work shift
- Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, step to perform job duties
- Ability to carry, lift, push, pull, and move up to 25 pounds
- Alert and able to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment
- Respond quickly to sounds
- Move safely over uneven terrain and in confined spaces
- See clearly and respond to dangerous situations
