Job Summary
Greet all customers with a smile, a wave, and a friendly attitude while actively selling ModWash packages and membership benefits. Safely guide guests through wash options, educate them on value and savings, and engage pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction. Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and maintain clean, presentable facilities. Work outdoors in all weather conditions, standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds. Base pay plus commission for top membership plans sold, with paid training, coaching, and free employee car washes. - Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons
- Be on your feet for extended periods of time/ the entire work shift
- Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, step to perform job duties
- Ability to carry, lift, push, pull, and move up to 25 pounds
- Alert and able to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment
- Respond quickly to sounds
- Move safely over uneven terrain and in confined spaces
- See clearly and respond to dangerous situations
