Job Summary
Greet customers with a smile and a friendly attitude while actively selling ModWash packages and educating guests on membership benefits. Safely guide and assist guests through wash options, ensuring 100% satisfaction through active pre/post wash engagement. Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and maintain clean, presentable facilities. This role requires working outdoors in all weather conditions, standing for extended periods, and handling up to 25 pounds. Compensation includes base pay plus commission for top membership plans sold, with paid training, free employee car washes, and 401K match. Required Qualifications

- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time/ the entire work shift
- Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, step to perform job duties
- Ability to carry, lift, push, pull, and move up to 25 pounds
- Alert and able to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment
- Ability to respond quickly to sounds
- Ability to move safely over uneven terrain and in confined spaces
- Ability to see clearly and respond to dangerous situations
