Job Summary
Greet all customers with a smile, wave, and friendly attitude while actively selling ModWash packages and educating guests on membership benefits. Safely guide guests through wash options, engage pre/post wash to ensure satisfaction, and collaborate with the team to meet sales goals. Maintain clean and presentable facilities throughout the shift. This role requires working outdoors in all weather conditions, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Compensation includes base pay plus commission for top membership plans sold, alongside paid training, free employee car washes, and a 401K match. - Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons
- Be on your feet for extended periods of time/ the entire work shift
- Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, step to perform job duties
- Ability to carry, lift, push, pull, and move up to 25 pounds
- Alert and able to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment
- Respond quickly to sounds
- Move safely over uneven terrain and in confined spaces
- See clearly and respond to dangerous situations
