Job Summary
Greet customers with a smile and wave, actively selling ModWash packages and membership benefits while guiding guests through wash options. Ensure every guest achieves 100% satisfaction through pre- and post-wash engagement, while collaborating with the team to meet sales goals. Maintain clean and presentable facilities throughout the shift. Work outdoors in all weather conditions, standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds. Base pay includes commission for top membership plans, with paid training, free employee washes, and 401K match available.

- Ability to carry, lift, push, pull, and move up to 25 pounds
- Alert and able to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment
- Respond quickly to sounds
- Move safely over uneven terrain and in confined spaces
- See clearly and respond to dangerous situations
