Safely guide guests through wash options, engage them pre/post wash to ensure satisfaction, and collaborate with the team to meet sales goals. Maintain clean and presentable facilities while working outdoors in all weather conditions. Be on your feet for extended shifts, bending, squatting, and lifting up to 25 pounds while maneuvering around moving vehicles. Earn base pay plus commission for top membership plans sold, with opportunities for career advancement in a team-oriented environment.
