Job Summary
Lead, motivate, and support a team of car wash attendants to deliver outstanding customer service; ensure daily operations run efficiently, safely, and professionally; train and coach staff on company standards, customer service, and procedures; handle customer questions and escalations with professionalism; monitor site cleanliness and equipment performance; assist with inventory management and team performance tracking; create a positive, productive work environment focused on teamwork and accountability; drive sales memberships and help achieve location performance goals.
