Job Summary
Train and supervise a team of car wash technicians while scheduling tasks to ensure adequate coverage. Provide coaching and feedback to improve performance, foster a positive environment, and resolve conflicts. Oversee daily facility operations, monitor equipment functionality, and schedule maintenance or repairs as needed. Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring vehicles are cleaned to established standards. Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, implement safety protocols, and track sales performance to achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with marketing to execute promotional campaigns and develop strategies to attract and retain customers.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college education
- Previous experience in a car wash or automotive service environment
- Proven experience in managing a team and achieving operational goals
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of car wash equipment, techniques, and cleaning products
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and record-keeping
