Job Summary
Car Wash Manager responsible for leading all aspects of the car wash, setting example for the team, educating staff on Mission/Vision, developing the team with a positive attitude, and reporting to the Car Wash District Manager. Manages shift coverage, disciplinary issues, inventory, records, customer relations, safety, and overall operations. Requires experience in supervision, strong customer service, ability to maintain equipment knowledge, track chemical usage, handle daily paperwork, cash handling, and payroll. Must possess HS diploma or equivalent, and at least 1 year of management experience; physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment. Exempt, salaried, full-time role with a minimum of 45 hours per week and open availability.
Required Qualifications

- One (1) Year of management experience
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Stand for long periods of time, up to 10 hours
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining 100% customer focus
