Job Summary
Oversee daily car wash operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and excellent customer service while managing a team. Monitor and maintain equipment, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and restock chemicals per safety standards. Keep the wash tunnel and surrounding area clean and organized. Assist customers with process questions and manage subscriptions. Lead training and coaching sessions for staff. Operate the facility across a Sunday through Saturday schedule, requiring a valid driver's license and safe driving record. Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Leadership and training experience
- Mechanically inclined; ability to troubleshoot and manage basic maintenance
- Must be able to open and close car wash across Sunday through Saturday schedule
- Ability to operate car wash equipment and monitor system functionality
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and reporting skills
- Ability to manage, train, and coach a team
- Must have a safe driving record
- Must be willing to submit to MVR monitoring and possess a valid Utah Driver License
Desired Qualifications
- Previous sales experience to sell monthly subscriptions
- Previous car wash automotive service experience
