Car Wash Lead

Lead the Tagg-N-Go car wash site and support the Site Manager by guiding a team to deliver a positive, memorable customer experience. Responsibilities include training and developing staff, overseeing car wash operations, ensuring safety and quality, maintaining the site appearance, assisting customers, enforcing policies, participating in recruitment and performance reviews, and handling basic equipment maintenance. The role emphasizes leading with an engaging, dependable, team-focused mindset in a fast-paced outdoor environment with flexible shifts (Sundays off in the schedule).
