Job Summary
Assist lead technicians with vehicle wash equipment installation across Midwest customer sites, performing mechanical assembly, electrical connections, and equipment setup while operating hand and power tools safely. Load, unload, and move materials up to 75 lbs, maintain clean job sites, and support equipment modifications based on basic installation drawings. Travel 50-60% of the time, including frequent overnight stays, working independently or as part of a team in varying weather conditions. Take notes to apply training procedures and communicate professionally with customers and supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
- Ability to read basic measurements and follow installation instructions
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
- Ability to travel weekly including 3 nights of overnight travel each week
- Ability to lift and move equipment up to 75 lbs
- Previous experience in equipment installation, mechanical work or construction
- Technical training or coursework related to mechanical or electrical systems
- Experience working in field service or installation environments
- Forklift operation experience
- Frequent standing, climbing ladders and working on uneven surfaces
- Ability to lift equipment up to 75 lbs and maneuver installation materials
- Work performed at customer job sites indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Frequent travel required including overnight stays
- Hourly, Full time, Mon-Fri

- Basic understanding of mechanical systems, electrical components, pneumatic systems or hydraulics
