Job Summary
Maintain mechanical and electrical systems at 5-6 car washes in an assigned region, performing weekly, monthly, and annual preventive maintenance on pumps, motors, hydraulics, and conveyor chains. Troubleshoot faulty equipment and address emergency breakdowns, including installing new components and assisting with facility repairs like concrete, plumbing, and electrical work. Order replacement parts, conduct inventory checks, and submit truck inspection reports to minimize downtime. Conduct site inspections for hydraulic hoses, air compressors, and other critical items while adhering to OSHA guidelines and LOTO procedures. Work flexible hours, including twilight shifts from 4pm to 1am or sunrise shifts from 4am to 1pm, with overtime available for on-call emergency responses.
