Job Summary
Complete opening procedures, daily checklists, and visual inspections of Autowash locations. Maintain parking lots, wash bays, and customer-facing areas by removing trash, sweeping debris, pressure washing surfaces, and ensuring tidy landscaping. Inspect the property for hazards such as block damage, signage issues, or lighting outages, then report all building or site problems with detailed service tickets and photos. Perform routine seasonal tasks including salt prep and snow removal monitoring, while observing wash system behavior to note symptoms of downtime. Complete light preventative tasks like troubleshooting vacuums, hose repairs, and wand tightening when safe and trained. Maintain a clean, professional appearance, enforce brand visual standards, and interact professionally with customers on site while driving a fleet vehicle between assigned locations.
Required Qualifications
- Intermediate knowledge of the use of android tablets and PC hardware and software
- Ability to learn and use computer software in Microsoft suite of office products and other software pertinent to job
- Basic understanding of networking hardware, PLCs, VDFs, and various reset procedures
- Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, bend, lift and/or climb, reach with hands and arms
- Regularly required to talk or hear
- Regularly required to lift heavy weights (50 pounds or greater) above shoulder height
- Regularly required to move heavy weights (250 pounds or greater) along ground
- Maintain an upright standing position for an excess of 8 hours
- Finger dexterity and hand coordination required
- Specific vision abilities required for this job include: close vision, distance vision, ability to adjust or focus
Desired Qualifications
- Prefer technical training (HVAC, Plumbing, Welding, Automotive, Coding)
- Education in progress or experience in lieu may be considered at Autowash discretion
- 2-3 years of previous employment with related experience
- Previous experience with landscape or grounds, facilities, building maintenance, automotive or other technical trades are preferred
