Car Wash Attendant Lead

Lead car wash operations, supervise and train team members, process transactions and memberships at a Chevron Express Wash site, maintain safety and cleanliness, assist the car wash site manager with daily activities and reporting, provide back-up support when the manager is absent, and ensure outstanding customer service in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Requires strong verbal and interpersonal skills, the ability to motivate others, English proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and availability to work weekends/holidays. Prior retail/hospitality experience is preferred and candidates must be 18+ in California. Travel between CSI Express Wash locations may occur.
