Job Summary
Provide superior customer service with a friendly, energetic attitude while maintaining a welcoming facility through general cleaning and organizing. Safely load vehicles onto the tunnel conveyor system, assist customers with selections and purchases at pay stations, and explain monthly membership options. Handle chemicals and cleaning supplies, perform routine maintenance and repairs, and operate general maintenance tools including pressure washers and lawn care equipment. Work in variable weather and loud environments, standing, walking, and climbing ladders as needed. Available for any shift, day, or holiday, this role requires a valid driver's license and work authorization. After 90 days, employees earn $20/hour with healthcare benefits. All team members wash cars for free and have a clear path to grow into Site Manager positions.
