Job Summary
Greet customers, explain wash options, and assist at pay stations; guide vehicles into the wash tunnel; perform lot upkeep and cleaning tasks; respond to customer inquiries; promote wash memberships; maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow dress/appearance code; participate in opening/closing procedures and basic daily troubleshooting; work in outdoor car wash environment with PPE and OSHA guidelines, using equipment such as a pressure washer.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills including active listening
- Excellent sales and customer service skills
- Ability to anticipate customer needs
- Ability to recommend different wash memberships to customers
- Ability to work as a team
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn a point of sales system
- Strong work ethic and professional attitude
- EXPERIENCE: Customer service and some sales experience preferred
