Job Summary
Customer-facing Car Wash Attendant role at Chevron Stations Inc. Responsibilities include guiding customers into the car wash tunnel, selling unlimited memberships and services, processing transactions, maintaining site cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Must be able to stand for periods, work weekends/varied hours, and have a valid driver's license with a good driving record. Retail/hospitality experience preferred; strong communication, teamwork, and professionalism emphasized. Compensation ranges from $21.75 to $23.75 hourly with full-time/part-time shifts and benefits including health/wellness, education reimbursement, commissions, and bonuses. Frequent travel between adjacent Express Wash locations may occur; positions located in CA, OR, and WA with US payroll eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old in CA; 21 for management positions
- Valid Driver's license, good driving record and in-force liability insurance
- Ability to stand for periods of time; outdoor and repetitive work
- English proficiency to understand policies and safety training
