Job Summary
Deliver excellent customer service by educating clients on wash options, selling membership plans, and safely guiding vehicles into the tunnel. Maintain the facility by keeping the car wash, tunnel, back room, and vacuum lot spotless and organized. Execute opening and closing procedures, perform wash quality checks, and troubleshoot basic equipment issues. Notify management of deposit pickups or cash deliveries while fostering a team-oriented environment. Available to work early evenings, weekends, and adapt to scheduling needs.
