Job Summary
Greet customers, select appropriate wash services, and operate equipment safely while performing pre-wash inspections. Remove dirt and grime using cleaning agents, dry vehicles, and execute additional services like waxing and interior cleaning as requested. Maintain facility cleanliness by organizing equipment, emptying trash, and replenishing supplies. Keep accurate transaction records and resolve customer concerns professionally. Adhere to safety protocols and handle liquids and heavy objects up to 50 lbs. This role requires standing for long periods, bending, and working at heights above eight feet. Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Ability to read and communicate verbally in English
- Written communication skills in English
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Repetitive full body movement
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to withstand exposure to weather 100%
- Ability to bend, twist and climb ladder and work at heights of above eight (8) feet
